Returns & Exchanges

If your items don't fit your strange world, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to maintain the dark aesthetic of our collection.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back to the void.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided; ensure any old shipping labels are removed from your packaging.

  Pack with Care

  Place your items securely in their original packaging, including the packing slip, to ensure they survive the journey back to us.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Wait

  Hand your package to the carrier listed on your label; once received, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
